Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Monday, 09th February 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Professor Bundit Sapheacha SOK Siphana, Juris Doctor, Ph.D, Docteur en Droit, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and Chairman of the Trade Policy Advisory Commission, presided over a lecture presentation regarding “Cambodia-US Agreement On Reciprocal Trade Under Mr. President Donald Trump" to His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, along with the PAS Management, the PAS Working Group, the Officials of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Municipality, the Officials of Sihanoukville International Port Customs and Excise Branch, and Immigration Police of Sihanoukville International Port Branch
