Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS): At 10:30 AM on Monday, 26th January 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, received a courtesy visit of and held a discussion meeting with Delegation of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, led by Mr. KATO Yota, Director of Country Assistance Planning Division, International Cooperation Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, regarding Request for Grant Aid of Waste Collection Vessels
