Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS): At 2 PM on Wednesday, 9th April 2025, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management, welcomed a visit of 23 delegates from Bark Liv Province, the People’s Republic of Vietnam, led by Mr. Tra Trongyong, Permanent Member of Provincial Party and Head of Provincial Party People Movement and Education Promoton Committee, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations, potentials, progress, developments, and especially to express a courtesy wish for Khmer New Year 2025 to PAS Management
