At 10 AM on Tuesday morning 07th December 2021, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, a delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, along with His Excellency Mang Sineth, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk province, led a meeting of relevant stakeholders regarding dialogues for studying new container terminal development project phase 2 and phase 3.
