Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 10 AM on Wednesday, 21st January 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thay Rithy, Deputy Director-General in charge of Business, and Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representatives of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, held a preliminary meeting with JICA Study Team, regarding the Project for the Development of the Master Plan to Transform Sihanoukville Port into a Regional Port and Logistics Hub
