Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS): At 10 AM on Thursday, 5th December 2024, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Thong Viro, Deputy Director-General in charge of Administration-Management, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, and PAS Management as well as the Management of Sihanoukville International Port Customs and Excise Branch, held a discussion meeting with shipping line companies and chiefs of trailer drivers, in order to tackle a congestion issue in PAS
