Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) At 7:00 AM on Wednesday, 20th September 2023, Mr. Thorng Viro, Acting General Director of PAS, a representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and Port Management Team, held a drumming ceremony to celebrate the historic event with national pride. Cambodia, which "Koh Ker Temple" was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee
