On Monday, 20th March 2023, During the abroard mission in Japan, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in charge as Chairman and CEO, led the delegation of the members of Board Directors, and PAS Management, had conducted the study tour at the Port of Tokyo. Port Tokyo is the largest sea port in Japan and the largest sea port in Pacific Ocean Basin having the annual volume of 100 million ton/year of general cargoes and 4.5 million TEUs/year of container throughput
