Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 9 AM on Tuesday, 01st September 2026, at the venue of PAS Conference Room, Mr. Ty Sakun, Deputy Director-General in charge of Technical, Representative of His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, presided over the Opening of Training Seminar of Capacity Development (Design Stage) for New Container Terminal Expansion Project-Phase 2 and 3 at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port. This Traininig Seminar was attended by Representatives of the Project Consultancy Company (Nippon Koei & Oriental Consultant Global JV), and PAS Management as well as the relevant technical working group of PAS
