Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) : At 2:30 PM on Thursday, 25th June 2026, at the venue of PAS Meeting room, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chairman and CEO of Sihanoukville Autonomous Port and PAS Management, welcomed a courtesy visit of the potential shareholders, KAMIGUMI Co., Ltd, led by Mr. Nakamura MASAHIRO, Senior Representative of KAMIKUMI Co., Ltd, and  Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation, led by Mr. Uehara Shuji, Vice-President of Kobe-Osaka International Port Corporation, in purpose to learn about PAS’s operations performance and the progress works of Sihanoukville Port Development
